Who We Are

About ILLD

Why ILLD

Bridging the Gap That Others Leave Behind

Thousands of young people in Pakistan pass their Matric, FA, or FSc exams each year — only to find the doors to higher education closed due to financial hardship, lack of guidance, or absence of support structures. At the same time, a growing population of retirees, widows, and senior citizens finds itself sidelined: isolated, under-utilised, and deprived of purpose.

ILLD was founded on the belief that these two groups need each other. We do not run parallel programs for youth and seniors. We build a connected society — one where learning, mentorship, and human dignity flow across generations.

Our Philosophy
  • favorite

    Human potential does not expire

We believe every person — regardless of age or background — has something to contribute and something to gain.

  • sync_alt

Creating mutual value, not one-way charity

We treat every beneficiary as a contributor, mentor, and community asset.

  • trending_up

    Transition-focused, not event-based

Our programs are designed for sustained life transitions, not one-off events.

  • emoji_people

    Promoting active, dignified aging

Seniors are not recipients of care — they are leaders, mentors, and pillars of community life.
